How long will my order take?

We try our best to ship the orders as soon as we can. If the products are in stock, we do our best to dispatch them Monday-Friday within 48 hours.
If the product is out of stock, usually it will be listed on the product page, and the expected delay will be listed there as well.
Standard delivery can take up to 14 days to arrive, depending on the country sometimes it can be faster or slower. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the post office.

My package is held in customs, what should I do?

The customers are responsible for knowing and researching their local laws. If the product you have ordered is listed on the prohibited items list - we take no responsibility for any losses that may occur.

Is your packaging discreet?

The privacy of our customers is very important to us. We make sure to ship the orders in plain unbranded packaging or boxes.

Can I buy your products wholesale?

At this moment, we are not selling products wholesale.

What currencies can I pay with?

Our prices are shown in multiple currencies on the website, however, we charge in EUR. We use the rates of that day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Bank transfers, PayPal.

Do you sell DVD’s?

No, we don’t currently sell adult DVD’s.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

You can use your discount codes at the checkout page. There will be a field called "Have a promo code?". Click there and you will be able to add your voucher code.

I have loyalty points, how do I use them?

You can use your loyalty points in the checkout page where all your products are listed. Right before clicking “Proceed to checkout”, at the top you can click on the text “Redeem now”. There you can enter how many points you want to redeem.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges can be accepted up to 7 days after receipt of your goods.
If you want to make a return inform us via email.
For customers outside EU, please indicate the items enclosed are returned merchandise for customs declarations.

Please note: we are unable to refund or exchange items that were lost in the post.
We are also unable to process returns or exchanges for insertables, personal lubes or other items that may have hygienic issues after use.

The item I have received is faulty, can I return it and get a refund?

If you have a problem with an item please contact us via email . A member of our team will advise you and see what we can do.
Please don’t return faulty products without contacting us first.

I’ve received my order but a garment doesn’t fit, can I return it for a different size?

We can exchange the items for different sizes, but please note that it may take additional time if your required size is not in stock.
Please mark your package as returned goods to avoid extra customs charges.
